211 High street

This $30 million high-end office block is currently under construction in the Christchurch CBD. It's landmark design by Ignite Architects features a curved-glass façade which wraps the upper levels and reveals the building's innovative timber structure. Constructed in mass timber to reduce embodied carbon and featuring energy efficient services, an open atrium and full height green wall, 211 High is set to become a significant addition to the Christchurch CBD.

Riverside offers sophisticated décor and luxury living, with stunning 360-degree views of iconic Hagley Park, the Avon River and the Southern Alps. 3 Rawiri Place

This stand-alone warehouse was completed and successfully tenanted in 2018. The site occupies a road-front position within the Workspace development in Hobsonville. The build features a high stud, 2,205 m2 warehouse, with an associated office of 548 m2 and an additional canopy of 1,021 m2. Complementing this quality development will be the full B-Train drive around access and 32 off-street car parks.
